Order of the Day for 6th sitting of 12th Session of the Assembly to be held on Saturday 27th  June, 2009 at 11:00 A.M.

3.  Government Business

    1.     The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges
            (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.3 of 2009.
(i)    Minister for S&GAD to move that the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.3 of 2009 to be taken into consideration.

(ii)   Minister for S&GAD move that the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.3 of 2009 to be passed.

    2.     The Balochistan Assembly Speakers and Deputy Speakers (Salaries, Allowances and
            Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.4 of 2009.

(i)    Minister for S&GAD to move that the Balochistan Assembly Speakers and Deputy Speakers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.4 of 2009 be taken into consideration.

(ii)   Minister for S&GAD to move that the Balochistan Assembly Speakers and Deputy Speakers (Salaries,  Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.4 of 2009 be passed.

    3.     The Balochistan Provincial Assembly Members (Salaries, Allowances)
            (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.5 of 2009.

(i)    Minister for S&GAD to to move that the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries, Allowances) (Amendment) Bill 2009 Bill No.5 of 2009 be taken into consideration.

(ii)   Minister for S&GAD move that the Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries, Allowances) (Amendment) Bill 2009 Bill No.5 of 2009 be passed

6th sitting of the 12th session chaired by Muhammad Aslam Bhootani, Speaker, and business of the day commenced with recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its urdu translation.

Questions Hour; Question No.91 of QDA and Question No. 93, 94 and 112 of C&W Deferred.

Government Business for Legislation; Minister S&GAD moved motions for consideration and passing motions of the following bills.
  1. The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.3 of 2009.
  2. The Balochistan Assembly Speakers and Deputy Speakers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment)  Bill 2009 Bill No.4 of 2009.
  3. The Balochistan Assembly Members (Salaries, Allowances) (Amendment) Bill 2009 Bill No.5 of 2009.

Following the consideration Balochistan Provincial Assembly passed the above mentioned Bills.
