Following Ministers took part in the general discussion on budget for the year 2009-10 and having appreciated the Government while congratulating the Chief Minister Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani and Finance Minister Mir Asim Kurd Gello for presenting a balanced budget for the Fiscal Year 2009-10:
