Syed Matiullah Agha s/o Syed Khair Mohammad Agha was born in 1961 in Shahdizai District Pishin, Balochistan. He has done his degree of Shahdat-ul-Almia from Wafaq-ul-Madaris Pakistan in 2002 and M.A (Islamiat) in 2003. He is affiliated with Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam. In general election 2002 he has been elected the Member of Balochistan Provincial Assembly from PB-08 Pishin-I and later served as Minister for Information and IT. He has resigned on October 02, 2007 due to the decision of APDM. He returned in general election 2008 and elected for Deputy Speaker of the house. He become a Deputy Speaker of the House.
