Mr. Jaffar Khan Mandokhail  s/o Haji Sheikh Saadullah Khan Mandokhail was born on December 26, 1956 at district Zhob. He graduated from University of Balochistan in 1979.  He has been member of Provincial Assembly four times 1990, 1993 and 1997 and 2002. He was elected as MPA from PB-19 Zhob-II in general election 2002. He is affiliated with the PML (Q). He has visited USA, Saudi Arabia, UK, Greece, UAE, Turkmenistan, Italy, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong, Australia, Turkey, Italy and Uzbekistan.
