Maulana Abdul Wasay s/o Moulana Mohammad Rafique was born in 1962 at district Killah Saifullah. He completed his religious degrees from Wafaqul Madaris. Professionally he is Religious Scholar. He was elected as MPA from PB-20 Killah Saifullah in general election 2002. Politically he belongs to JUI. He served as Senior Minister for Planning and Development Balochistan and resigned on October 02, 2007 due to the decision of APDM. He has visited UK, Fiji Island officially.
