Mir Shoaib Khan Nausherwani s/o Mir Abdul Karim Nausherwani was born in 1978 at district Kharan. He has completed his graduation from University of Balochistan.  He was elected as MPA from PB-46 Kharan-II in general election 2002 representing PML (Q).  He delivered his services as Home Minister of Balochistan. He has visited Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain and Iran officially.
