Mr. Mohammad Asghar Rind s/o Mir Mohammad Anwar Rind was born in 1974 at Turbat (Kech). He has graduated from the University of Balochistan in 1994. He was the Minister for Fisheries Department Balochistan. He was affiliated with the Balochistan National Party (Awami) and was elected from PB_50 Kech-III General Elections of 2002. He has visited UAE and Iran.
