| Mr. Basant Lal Gulshan s/o Bagoo Ram was born in 1958 at district Sibi. He did Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from NED University Karachi. He is an Engineer by profession and then elected as MPA from PB-63 on Minorities reserved seat by PML (Q). He is elected as MPA from NM-64 and is affiliated with Like Minded Group. He rendered his services as Chairman for Standing Committee on General Administration in the previous tenure. He has participated in several Courses, conferences, seminars and workshops around the country as well outside of country in India, UAE and Iran. | |
