Mr. Al-Hajj Jamal Shah Kakar s/o Hajji Mohammad Shah Kakar was born on February 03, 1965 at district Zhob. He completed his Master Degree in Chemistry from University of Balochistan in1982. He belongs to a business family. He played active role in the local politics in the district and served as Chairman of District Council and Social Action Board. He was elected as MPA from PB-18 Zhob-I in general election 2002 as independent candidate and later on joined MMA. Presently he serves as Speaker of Provincial Assembly of Balochistan. He is also member of C.P.A. He has visited Saudi Arabia, UAE, China, Japan, Malaysia, UK, Switzerland, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Sari Lanka, Kuwait, India, Fiji island, Philippine, Canada, Maldives and Australia officially.

ii)  The first Ever Speaker in recommended for grant of Presidential Award “Pride of Performance” by Treasury & Opposition benches through a resolution passed unanimously on account of Carrying out the Proceedings of Balochistan Provincial Assembly in a very smooth, Impartial and befitting manner.
